Refunds & Returns
Return Policy:
Our return policy is designed to ensure a seamless experience for our customers. We only accept returns, and exchanges are not available. Each order is eligible for a return only once, and a flat fee of AED 30 is applicable to cover return processing costs. Refunds are provided in the form of store credit exclusively.
To initiate a return, a request must be made within 15 days of delivery. It’s important to note that returned items must have intact tags, not used or damaged under any circumstances including the barcode sticker. Additionally, if an order was initially placed using a discount code and is subsequently returned, the new order will not be eligible for the same discount. We strive to make the return process straightforward while maintaining fairness and transparency in our policies.
Exceptions:
Certain items are not eligible for return- these include orders placed using store credit. Additionally, products purchased during a sale are not eligible for return.

Refunds:
For products delivered in impeccable condition, monetary refunds are not provided. However, in the unfortunate event of receiving damaged merchandise, kindly share images and details through the provided link. We will then guide you through the necessary steps, whether it involves a replacement, store credit, or a full refund. Notably, no return fee will be charged for damaged products. It’s essential to be aware that misprints and color differences from website images are not considered grounds for deeming a product damaged. Additionally, once an order is placed, it becomes ineligible for any monetary refunds; only store credit will be provided in such cases. Refund Timelines:
Upon initiating a return, please allow approximately 7 to 14 working days for the returned item to reach our company. Refunds are processed promptly upon receiving the returned item and will be credited to the original mode of payment. In the case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be provided to the customer’s bank account. It’s important to note that the company reserves the authority to make the final decision in any case.
